Another quick and tasty family friendly meal using local Pasta Bah's freshly made pasta and bolognese sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Pasta Bah pasta
- 1 packet Pasta Bath Bolognese sauce
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced for mushroom lovers - porcini mushrooms are already included in the Bolognese Sauces
- Rocket
- Parmesan
Method
1. Prep the veggies and get the water for the pasta on the stove.
2. In another saucepan sautée the mushrooms for 5 mins then add in the Bolognese sauce and grated carrot and zucchini until heated through.
3. Cook the pasta and serve in your favourite bowls w parmesan, fresh rocket and a glass of wine.
