Another quick and tasty family friendly meal using local Pasta Bah's pappardelle and bolognese sauce.
1. Prep the veggies and get the water for the pasta on the stove.
2. In another saucepan sautée the mushrooms for 5 mins then add in the Bolognese sauce and grated carrot and zucchini until heated through.
3. Cook the pasta and serve in your favourite bowls w parmesan, fresh rocket and a glass of wine.
