NO POSTAL ORDERS
Please note we are doing Local Deliveries only. As we are located in a rural area we do not have access to a timely mail or courier service which makes deliveries out of our local area a challenge.
What if I want to add to my current order?
Please put your additional order in online, and to avoid paying an
additional delivery fee use the code "ADD TO MY ORDER" at checkout.
Where will we leave your order if you are not home?
Please leave a comment in the notes section in your SHOPPING CART where you would like us to leave your delivery box if you will not be home on your delivery day.
Please note if we do not receive instructions of where to leave your order, if you are not home we will leave your box in the safest, shadiest place we can see, or at your front door.
Will my order be ok unrefrigerated?
We pack your order in a corrugated cardboard box with an ice pack* during the hotter months. If you won't be home to put your order away you can request extra ice packs for $1 a pack.
In the hotter months we suggest you get the produce in the fridge as soon as possible.

What should I do if I receive produce or a product that is damaged or not up to standard?
Organic produce comes with it's imperfections however If you receive produce that is not up to standard, please send us a photo of on the day of your delivery and let us know what's wrong. We will refund you for produce or groceries that are inferior. Please note we can't be held responsible for produce that isn't stored properly once it has been delivered.
What time will I get my order?
Once our delivery driver leaves the farm with your order on your delivery day, you will receive a message that she or he has started delivering. You will receive another message once your order has been delivered. If you would like an ETA get in contact with us and we will let you know your expected time of arrival.
Do you want your boxes back?
Your box is fully biodegradable/recyclable and printed with eco ink -please dispose of it responsibly OR even better, return it next time. (don’t flatten it!)
