Returns & Refunds
We’re a small family farm, and we pack your orders with care. But we’re only human — and sometimes a marked piece of fruit or bruised veggie can slip through. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Fresh & Perishable Items
- If you receive produce or other perishable items that are damaged, spoiled, or not up to scratch, let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please email us with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement on your next order.
Pantry & Shelf-Stable Goods
- Refunds or exchanges are available for defective non-perishable items reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
What Can’t Be Returned
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Gift cards.
- Certain health and personal care items (for safety reasons).
- Sale items (unless faulty).
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card provider.
Shipping & Returns
If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll cover the cost of getting a replacement or refund to you. If you’re returning an item for another reason, you’ll need to cover return shipping.
