VG GF Noodle Salad

VG GF Noodle Salad

INGREDIENTS
● 2 handfuls of kale
● 2 handfuls of salad leaf mix
● 2 carrots
● 1/2 red cabbage
● 1 large cucumber
● 1 sliced red onion
● 1 big handful chopped mint or seasonal herbs
● 1 big handful chopped coriander
● 4 radishes
● Sesame seeds
● 1 pack organic rice noodles 350g - (you can add in your favourite noodles)


DRESSING
● 1 knob of ginger, minced
● 2 oranges, squeezed
● 1/4 cup toasted black sesame oil
● 1 handful of finely diced garlic
● 2 chillies (optional) diced
● 3 limes, squeezed
● 1/4 cup white vinegar
● 1/4 cup gluten free tamari
● Salt and pepper

METHOD

Prepare the salad and add the dressing before serving.
