Sushi Toast?! Two ways 😎

 We had so much fun making this!!!

Grab out your favourite sushi flavours and get your chefs hat on! Earth2table has inspired us with this recipe but she highly encourages you to get creative with your  flavours. It just like sushi - only on toast and we'd definitely recommend this recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. 

Toast 1:
● 1 sustainable tinned tuna
● Gevity Great Guts Mayo
● Handful of Farmer Foster's leafy greens
● 1/2 organic avocado
● Your favourite crunchy topping or fish eggs iff you're feelin' it!
● 1/2 organic red onion, diced finely
● Salt and pepper

Toast 2:

  •  1/2 organic avocado
  •  small handful of organic tofu, cubed
  •  Your favourite sauce, we went teriyaki!
  •  1 egg
  • Your favourite Peace, Love & Vegetables Kraut
  •  Sesame seeds
  • Japanese cawari seasoning

METHOD
● Select your favourite sourdough. We are loyal to the Bread Social 🤌

For Toast number 1:
● In a bowl, mix tinned tuna, Great Guts mayonnaise, diced red onion, salt and pepper
● add 1/2 an avocado to the toast first. Then add your organic leafy greens, tuna mix, and favourite topping.


For Toast number 2:
● In a pan on high, add oil of your choice, cubed organic tofu and your sauce of choice. Fry tofu for 5-10 minutes.
● In a pan on high, fry your egg sunny side up.
● Add 1/2 an organic avocado to your toast, next add your sauce, organic tofu, your favourite sauerkraut/kimchi, egg on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chilli seasoning.
