Too easy, too good. Packed with bright, fresh flavours and taken to the next level with an insanely delicious sauce. One of our all time favourite salads to enjoy during the warmer months!
Ingredients:
- 1 serving cooked rice noodles
- 1/2 c shredded organic cabbage
- 1/2 c shredded organic carrot
- 1/2 c shredded organic zucchini
- 1/2 c shredded chicken
- Fresh organic parsley
- Organic Avocado
Sauce:
- 1 organic garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp minced organic ginger
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp organic Tamari
- 1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp organic fish sauce
- 1 tsp organic mirin
- 1 tsp organic sesame oil
- White pepper
Method: mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl then add in noodles and veggies and mix until combined and top with parsley and avocado!
