Spice Profile: Mild

To create the ultimate veggie curry meal: Heat the curry as per instructions. Rinse 1 cup of rice until water runs clear. Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan, boil, stir in rice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes until tender. Serve with veggie green curry. Add mango chutney or eggplant kasoundi for extra flavour.
