Sicilian olives are a Mediterranean classic, marinated in rosemary, thyme & preserved lemon. A bright eye-catching green, they are a beautiful addition to platters and salads.
These Sicilian olives are sourced from an Italian family run farm, free of pesticides and additives. They are picked early-harvest, resulting in a dry green olive with low salt content. Cured in just water and salt, they are full of flavour with a satisfying, crunchy, meaty bite.
