With zero waste in mind and wanting to honour the precious ingredients  - Fire Cider Salt was born. A delicious herbal salt made from the dehydrated strain left over from making the fire cider tonic  ♥️

Perfect sprinkled over avocado on toast, roast potatoes, a salad, dips, sauces or the rim of a margarita glass! Anywhere you would use salt but want it extra tasty. 

The Fire Cider  pulp is much too valuable to waste - fresh organic garlic, ginger, turmeric, chillies, oranges, lemons and onions. Added to this is organic horseradish, thyme, rosehips, rosemary and spearmint, all of which bring the aromatic element. This leftover strain still has so much goodness and flavour. So it's dehydrated and mixed with traditionally harvested Southern Ocean sea salt flakes. Why a flake you ask? Because we like the crunch and texture as well as the flavour. These Australian salt flakes are a delicacy in their own right. 

Thats it. Absolutely no preservatives, additives, flavours, fillers or whatever else large companies do to food. This is pure plants and salt.
