The result is a deeply savoury Italian-style ragu that's packed with goodness while tasting just like a hearty homemade pasta sauce.
Simply heat, toss through your favourite pasta, and finish with parmesan and fresh parsley if you have some on hand. Easy comfort food for busy nights.

To create the ultimate Primal Ragu meal:
Heat the ragu as per instructions. Cook your favourite pasta in salted boiling water for 8-12 minutes until al dente. Drain, season, and serve with ragu. Add parmesan or parsley for extra flavour.
