New season organic pears have arrived!

This week we have delicious organic Williams Pears.

Pears pair well with cheese, nuts, herbs and meat. We've used them as a topping on pizza with Gorgonzola cheese, baby spinach and Bresaola. These pears can be smoked over a charcoal grill for added flavor.

Pears also make excellent preserves,chutneys, and can be dried or used in baking. They also go well with cinnamon, honey and spices.
