Tender lamb shoulder, gently braised in a deeply flavourful onion gravy with creamy Greek yoghurt, fresh ginger, garlic and a beautiful blend of warming spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, coriander and turmeric.

THE INGREDIENTS: Lamb shoulder, Onion brown, Water, Greek yoghurt (Milk), Mustard seed oil, Garlic, Ginger, Chilli powder, Coriander seed, Ground fennel, Cinnamon quill, Salt Flakes, Turmeric, Green cardamom, Brown Cardamom, Bay leaves, Cloves

ALLERGENS: Milk

HOW TO PREPARE:

Oven cooking instructions: Remove sleeve and film. Place tray in oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.

Microwave cooking instructions: Remove sleeve and pull back corner of the film. Heat on high for 2 minutes, or until heated through.
If meal is frozen, defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking and heat according to the instructions above. Do not refreeze once thawed. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours. Keep refrigerated.


TO CREATE THE PERFECT MEAL: Serve with basmati rice and top with fresh herbs
