Cottage Cheese 185g - Locally Made
Good cottage cheese should taste fresh, creamy and actually made from milk… not fillers. This small batch cottage cheese is handmade locally by cheese maker Debra Allard using traditional methods and fresh local milk. The curds are soft and delicate with a clean, creamy flavour that works just as well piled onto sourdough as it does stirred through salads, eggs or baked dishes.
Unlike the supermarket stuff, this cottage cheese still has texture and character. Mild, fresh and properly satisfying.
Keep refrigerated and use a clean spoon each time. Give it a gentle stir before serving as some natural whey separation may occur — that’s just a sign it’s the real deal.
