This unique Worcester sauce is made from a variety of organic vegetables and fruits with a hint of spiciness.
The processing method uses a type of Kombu seaweed (Hokkaido Kelp) instead of yeast extract, which adds a rich umami flavour.
Naturally fermented vinegars create a light, mild taste that helps to elevate traditional and modern Asian dishes.
