Our classic flavour is inspired by traditional spices used to make biltong - coriander seed and black pepper. It set the standard for the best biltong we'd ever eaten and all future flavours had to match this new benchmark in taste.
Cut into bite-size pieces, our biltong is made to be eaten on the go - freeing up more time for the things you love.
Ingredients
Organic and grass fed and grass finished beef, gluten-free white vinegar, sea salt, coriander seeds, black pepper, cloves and cayenne pepper.
Our classic biltong is free from preservatives, dairy, gluten, soy and sugar. It has a 12 month best before date and is best kept in the pantry or fridge.
