How to Prepare

From thawed:
Empty contents into a saucepan and heat over low–medium heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Alternatively, remove lid and place container on a baking tray in a 180°C oven until heated through.

From frozen:
Place contents into a covered saucepan with a splash of water and heat gently for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully heated through.


To Create the Perfect Meal

Heat the curry as directed. Rinse 1 cup of rice until the water runs clear. Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan, bring to the boil, stir in the rice, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15–18 minutes until tender. Serve with the curry and finish with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of parsley or coriander.
