Roasted Macadamia and Honeycomb Butter

This gourmet butter is a great go-to when you need a quick sweet fix or to serve up a fabulous sweet treat. Our Organic Sourdough Crumpets and spreads are available for delivery the first week of every month.

Made locally in Murwillumbah by the Sourdough Crumpet Company, this butter is made from local roasted macadamias mixed in with homemade honeycomb, churned with delicious full cream butter providing a great topping for your crumpets, pancakes, sourdough, banana bread.  Mix it in with your bananas in a pan for a few minutes and serve with coconut gelato! We like to top it with Organic Coconut Flakes, and a hint of nutmeg to add some Christmas cheer.  You will come up with a million an one ways to use this product.

The Roasted Macadamia and Honeycomb Butter is one of those products that you should have on hand in the fridge at all times! It lasts forever - but it won't once you taste it!
