Ceres Naturals Sea Salt is harvested from the unpolluted waters surrounding the northern South Island of New Zealand. As in ancient times, it is extracted from the sea by evaporation – harnessing the natural processes of sun and wind. Ceres Naturals Sea Salt is unrefined, and contains no nasty stuff like anti-caking agents or bleaches. Sprinkle it’s natural goodness to your favourite dishes to enhance their flavour.
