Magnesium Oils Spray helps to relieve sore and aching muscles, reduces cramps, improves sleep, reduces stress, and contains Himalayan Crystal Salt to hydrate the skin with 84 vital minerals and trace elements.
Directions: Spray a generous amount directly onto skin and body and rub in. Massage into aching muscles or joints as needed. Will rapidly absorb ‘transdermally’ into skin. May cause a tingling sensation on first usage, this will pass as mineral levels increase upon regular use. Dilute with water if this occurs. Can also be added to your bath or foot soak.
