Byron Bay Crackers' story began with a traditional recipe for the Danish seeded flatbread known as Knaekbroed. A version of this simple recipe was passed between generations of friends and family across the world.

Their variation of the Knaekbroed recipe started off in their home kitchen in Bangalow, Australia in 2015, and Byron Bay Crackers was born in 2017.
