This colourful mix includes green mizuna, green and purple tatsoi, purple kale and red garnet. Simply throw a handful over your meal for an instant burst of flavour, texture and goodness. These nutrient-rich young greens naturally provide vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and beneficial plant compounds—an easy way to add more fresh greens to salads, wraps, eggs, soups, curries and everyday meals.
While not certified organic, these baby greens are grown locally and sustainably using organic growing practices, without synthetic fertilisers, treated seeds, fungicides or plant-growth regulators.
