A vibrant mix of tender baby-leaf greens, grown by our friends just around the corner at Australian Cultivated Herbs and harvested young for maximum freshness, flavour and crunch.
The Asian mix is a slightly fragrant micro leafy greens with spicy mustard notes- used by many local cafes and restaurants this mix includes, tatsoi green, shiso green, shiso red, mustard reds.
These nutrient-rich young greens naturally provide vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and beneficial plant compounds—an easy way to add more fresh greens to salads, wraps, eggs, soups, curries and everyday meals.
While not certified organic, these baby greens are grown locally and sustainably using organic growing practices, without synthetic fertilisers, treated seeds, fungicides or plant-growth regulators.
