Organic Caprese Salad Kit

This traditional Italian summer salad originates from the Isle of Capri in the Gulf of Naples, Italy. Caprese literally means from Capri. Made with local and organic ingredients makes it burst even more with flavour!

Ingredients:

• 4 Organic Roma Tomatoes
• 1 ball of  Symons Organic Mozzarella
• 1/4  cup of torn Organic basil leaves
• Niulife Organic Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
• Organic Olive Oil
• Salt & pepper to taste

Method


Slice each tomato from top to bottom into 1cm thick slices. Place on a serving plate and top with the mozzarella and basil leaves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.


Just before serving, drizzle the salad with oil and vinegar.
