Smashed avocado and egg bagel
Ingredients:
1 sourdough seeded bagel
1/2 avocado
1 medium/hard boiled egg
Pinch salt and pepper
Tomato slices
Thinly sliced red onion
Method:
1. cut bagel in half and toast
2. In a bowl mash together egg avocado salt and pepper
3. Spread the mixture evenly on the bagel then top with the sliced tomato and onion and Enjoy!
