  • 750mL boiling water
  • 2 cups beef @byronbaybonebroth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Parmesan rind (optional)
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 bunch ruby chard, roughly chopped
  • Salt & pepper
