Ingredients:
1 serving or wakame noodles cooked
1/2 tomato roughly chopped
1/2 cucumber smashed then roughly chopped
1/3 c shredded chicken breast
1/3 c wakame seaweed
Sauce:
2 tbsp pickled ginger juice
Pinch pickled ginger
1 tbsp tamari
1/2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame seeds
Method:
1. Place all sauce ingredients in a jar and mix well.
2. Place all remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over sauce then mix until everything is evenly coasted in the sauce and enjoy!
