Cooked Dried Soba Noodle for 1 serve
- cook soba according to the soba noodle cooking instruction. After cook wash in running cold water and drain well.

100ml chilled water for chilled soup or boiling water for hot soup

Julienned Cucumber
Sliced Radish
Boiled Green Vegetables (Broccolini, Asian Greens)
1/2 Boiled Egg
(Garnishes)
Carwari Organic Hulled Sesame seeds - Toasted
Chopped Spring Onion
Method

Mix White Dashi and chilled water for the soup.

Place the Soba noodle and the vegetables and egg on a serving bowl.

Pour the cold soup and garnish with chopped spring onion, toasted Sesame Seeds and Yuzu Kosho Red.
