Ingredients
Salad
- 1 head cos lettuce, chopped
- Large handful fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 cup Parmesan, grated
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Add lettuce, dill, and parmesan to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss until everything is lightly coated.
- Serve immediately.
