Ingredients
- Fresh Farm Rocket
- 1 Organic Pear
- Organic Parmesan
- Handful of Organic Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp extra virgin organic olive oil
- 1 tbsp organic balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Toss walnuts with honey & sea salt, add to a lined baking tray and put into the oven for 5 minutes (keep an eye on them to ensure they do not burn), remove from the oven and let them cool.
2. Add rocket, a sliced pear & shaved parmesan to a bowl.
3. Add extra virgin olive, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper to a jar and shake.
4. Add 1/2 of dressing to the salad & toss - add more dressing if desired.
