Ingredients:
- 3 Organic Eggs
- 3 Organic Swiss Brown Mushrooms
- Organic Grated Parmesan
- Handful fresh organic dill chopped roughly
- Organic Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to tasteΒ
Served with Gluten Free Turmeric Paleo Loaf
Method: Thinly slice mushrooms and fry in oil for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile whisk together eggs then pour over mushrooms sprinkle on grated Parmesan, dill salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes before folding in half and serving with more Parmesan and dill!Β
