Hormone Healthy Hot Chocolate
Introducing your new hormone healthy hot chocolate ritual  Cacao is packed with magnesium and antioxidants, cinnamon helps support blood sugar balance, collagen nourishes skin and hormones, and rose water adds a fancy little touch. Save this for when you need a nourishing little ritual to slow down, reconnect, and warm yourself froM the inside out

Ingredients
• 1 cup milk of choice
• 20g ceremonial cacao paste
• 20g 70% dark chocolate
• 1 tsp unflavoured collagen powder
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 1-2 tsp rose water (add more if you are obsessed like us)
• Sprinkle of cinnamon

Method
1. Finely slice cacao block and set aside
2. Slowly heat milk in saucepan, take off the heat once it is warm (not boiling)
3. Add cacao paste flakes, dark chocolate & cinnamon and whisk until combined/melted
4. Add collagen, maple & rose water & whisk back and forth to make it sightly frothy. Pour into your favourite cup and enjoy
