Ingredients:
- 1/2 head organic cauliflower
- 1/2 organic onion
- 5 cloves organic garlic
- 1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil (Grampians is our go to!)
- 1 tsp smoked organic paprika
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup - 1 cup organic soy milk depending how thick you want it
- 2 tbsp organic walnuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked spaghetti to serve - We love Pasta'bah!
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Break up cauliflower into florets and place on a lined baking sheet with onion and garlic.
3. Top with organic extra virgin olive oil, organic smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
4. Place in the oven for 30-35 mins.
5. Place in a blender with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
6. Pour on top of cooked pasta and mix well!
