Crème fraîche is a version of sour cream with a higher fat content. Cheeses Loves You's Crème fraîche is dreamily creamy and pairs well with Avocado in a guacamole. It adds creaminess to the dish without over taking the  flavour of the avocado as sour cream can do.

It can be used in savoury or sweet dishes.

It is great for cooking because it is less prone to curdling. Crème fraîche is richer, and tastes less tangy than sour cream.
