How we’re operating during the COVID-19 crisis

As the effect of COVID-19 continues to evolve and cause massive disruption to the day to day lives of all Australians, we would like to keep you updated on the exact nature of our business operations.
Our supply has improved and delivery times are currently back to normal!!
We are still recommending customers get in to a habit of ordering a week in advance to limit any stress in regards to receiving your delivery.
It is not an easy time for all involved, and in our short time of operating we already have a fantastic bunch of customers. We appreciate your extra level of patience and kindness and in turn are passing this on down the supply chain.
So when will I receive my delivery?Our normal turn around is 3 days.
Is contactless delivery available?
Your order comes in boxes – which means we can leave it at your door without you having to interact with us.
We will keep this page updated as soon as new information comes to hand we will let you know.
This of course is a very difficult time from a business and personal point of view, both globally and within Australia. For you guys to keep shopping with us during this time means the absolute world to us. It means we can contribute to the local community, be in a position to employ locals and ensure we deliver you an amazing box of goodness each time you order.
