Miso Caramel Slice

Base

  • 1/3 cup organic coconut flour 
  • 1/3 cup organic desiccated (medium shredded)  coconut 
  • 1/2 cup almond meal (firmly packed) 
  • 3 tbsp organic pure maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  •  45g salted butter (melted) 

Caramel

  • 180g pure almond butter 
  • 45g coconut oil 
  • 120g organic pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1-2 heaped tsp of miso paste (no surprise, we used 2

Chocolate 

  • 150g of 70% or 85% dark chocolate (we used 85%)
  • Salt flakes
