Vermicelli Noodle Salad

There's nothing quite like a light, refreshing salad to keep you cool and satisfied. This vermicelli noodle salad is the perfect dish for warmer weather, combining delicate rice noodles with an array of vibrant vegetables that burst with flavour and nutrition. Crisp cucumber, crunchy carrots, a bit of chilli to spice things up, all tossed together in a zesty dressing that enhances the fresh ingredients!

Ingredients:
- Cooked organic vermicelli rice noodles
- 1/2 organic carrot julienned
- 1/2 organic cucumber sliced
- 1/4 fresh organic red chilli thinly sliced
- Cooked protein of choice (we used steak)

Dressing:
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp grated organic ginger
- 1 tbsp organic tamari
- 1 tsp organicfish sauce
- 1 tsp local honey
- 1 tsp organic hoisin sauce

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl add in all dressing ingredients and mix well.

2. Add in all remaining ingredients and mix until fully coated in sauce top with sesame seeds and protein of choice!
