INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice from one lemon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: a few olives for a nice bit of saltiness!
METHOD
Blitz together until smooth in a food processor or blender. Add more olive oil or a bit of water if it’s too thick and not blending well.
