Ingredients:
- 500g stir fry beef or your choice of protein
- 1 tbsp organic sesame oil
- 1/4 cup organic cashews
- 3 organic garlic cloves roughly chopped
- 1 tsp minced organic ginger
- 1 organic capsicum
- 1 organic carrot
- 1 cup organic snow peas
- 1 organic pak choy
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp organic chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp organic dashi stock
- White pepper
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry organic cashews for 1-2 minutes then remove from pan.
2. Add in beef and fry until 80% cooked then remove from pan.
3. Add carrots to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes, add in capsicum and snow peas and fry for another minute.
4. Add in organic pak choy along with the beef and cashews and mix well before pouring on the oyster sauce, chilli flakes, stock and pepper and frying for another minute.
5. Serve on top of your favourite noodles, rice or enjoy as is!
