Such a simple recipe but a bit different and exciting to mix up your mid week meals. Pour over anything and everything for a beautiful creamy hit with a special touch of flavour that the tarragon brings!
Ingredients:
50ml lemon juice
50ml extra virgin olive oil
2 heaped tbsp finely grated parmesan
2 tsp Church Farm mustard
1 tbsp tarragon leaves, finely chopped
100ml plain yoghurt
Method:
1. In a small mixing bowl or a jar combine all your ingredients and give it a good mix or shake.
2. Pour over salads, roast chicken or fish or even potato salad! Keeps well in the fridge for 3-5 days.
