The creaminess of the tahini combined with spice and sweetness creates a perfectly balance dressing to drizzle over the tender yet crunchy pak choy.

Ingredients:
- 3 x Farmer Foster's Organically Grown Pak Choy quartered
- 1 x tbsp organic tahini
- 2 tbsp organic tamari
- 1 tbsp local honey
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 organic garlic clove minced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 c veggie stock
Method:
1. In a small bowl mix together tahini, tamari, honey chilli flakes and garlic then set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil in a large sauce pan and add in organic pak choy and fry on high for 5 minutes, add in the stock and fry for another minute.
3. Place the pak choy on a serving platter and drizzle over tahini mixture and top with sesame seeds!
