Satay Sweet Corn with Zesty Japapeno Dukka
- Certified Organic Corn from Farmer Foster
- Sol Byron Bay Organic Ghee (optional)
- Byron Bay Smokey BBQ Satay Sauce
- Chilli Chic Zesty Jalapeno Dukkah
- Squeeze of Organic Lime
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Place certified organic corn in pot and boil for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from boiling water and pat the corn dry. Brush lightly with ghee.
3. Brush corn with Byron Bay Smokey BBQ Satay Sauce.
