Ingredients:
- 450 grams of Asian greens (such as bok choy, or pak choy)
- 30 milliliters of tamari (or soy sauce if preferred)
- 30 milliliters of sesame oil
- 30 milliliters of toasted sesame seeds
- 2.5 centimeters of fresh ginger, minced or grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 15 milliliters of honey or maple syrup
- 15 milliliters of rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Ghee or oil for greasing the baking sheet

Prepare the Asian greens: Rinse the greens thoroughly and trim the ends, halve or quarter them lengthwise. Leave the smaller ones whole.
