A cool, healthy and light snack or meal with a bit of spice from Crack Fox hot sauces!
Ingredients:
8 pieces of Rice paper
1 packet of Rice noodles or soba noodles
8 Prawns, cooked and peeled
1 Avo, sliced
1 beetroot, grated
Mint leaves to garnish
Crackfox hot sauce to serve
Method:
1. Prep all your ingredients. 2. Dip the rice paper in warm water then lay it onto a damp tea towel. 3. Place 1 prawn, 2 slices of avocado, a small amount of noodles and beetroot in the centre of rice paper, then fold one half over, followed by the two end pieces and roll it up nice and tightly. The trick is to not overfill them. 4. Continue until you have 8 rolls, garnish with fresh mint leaves and your favourite crack fox hot sauce!
