The Fennel Pesto Pizza

Ingredients;

 

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200degrees. Spread the pesto evenly over the pizza base.

2. Top with all the roasted veggies and beans.

3. Add the cheese and bake for approx 15mins, until things are looking nice golden.

4. Top with fresh rocket and a drizzle of balsamic. Bon appétit!

 

 

The Pumpkin, Mushroom, Anchovy Pizza

 

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200degrees. Spread the tomato Passata evenly over the pizza base.

2. Top with all the roasted veggies, anchovies and beans.

3. Add the cheese and bake for approx 15mins, until things are looking nice golden.

4. Top with fresh rocket and a drizzle of balsamic. Bon appétit!
