The Fennel Pesto Pizza
Ingredients;
- 1 x almond road pizza base
- 1/2 Fennel bulb, roasted
- 3 tbs homemade pesto
- Handful of cannelloni beans
- Sprinkle of Goats cheese or ricotta or cheddar (or all three)
- 1 Zucchini, roasted in long strips
- Top with:Fresh Rocket
- Tweed Real Food Balsamic
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200degrees. Spread the pesto evenly over the pizza base.
2. Top with all the roasted veggies and beans.
3. Add the cheese and bake for approx 15mins, until things are looking nice golden.
4. Top with fresh rocket and a drizzle of balsamic. Bon appétit!
The Pumpkin, Mushroom, Anchovy Pizza
- 1 x almond road pizza base
- 3 tbs Tomato pasta or passata
- 1 cup of Roasted pumpkin
- 1/2 cup of Roasted mushrooms
- 10 cherry Tomatoes
- 8 anchovy fillets
- Handful of Cannelloni beans
- Sprinkle with Goats cheese or ricotta or cheddar (or all three)
- Top with:
- Fresh Rocket
- Tweed Real Food Balsamic
