Pear & Rocket Salad

• 3 Pears
• 2 Cups rocket
• 1 Cups Mixed Salad Leaves
• Parmesan Cheese
• Olive Oil
• Lemon Juice
• Walnuts

Method

1. Combine Rocket Leaves and Salad Mix
2. Drizzle with Olive Oil an a good squeeze of Lemon Juice and toss to cover
3. Place on serving platter/plate
4. Remove cores from the pears and slice thinly, leaving skin on. Place pears over greens
5. Roughly slice Parmesan and drizzle over extra oil to serve - Enjoy!
