Move over apple crumble it’s time for peach crumble! 🍑
Peach season means our peaches are at their peak! Bursting with flavour and oh so juicy paired with a crispy crumble top makes for the perfect summer sweet treat!Â

Ingredients:
2 fresh ripe peachesÂ
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Crumble:
1/4 cup organic oatsÂ
1 scoop protein powder (optional)Â
2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oilÂ
1 tbsp organic coconut sugarÂ
1 tsp organic cinnamonÂ
Method:
1. preheat oven to 180 degreesÂ
2. Remove pits from peaches and roughly cut the fleshÂ
3. Put into a bowl with honey and cinnamon and mix well then place into a baking dishÂ
4. Mix together all crumble ingredients and pour over the top of the peachesÂ
5. Bake for 15-20 mins or until the top is golden brown!Â
So easy, so scrumptious.Â
