Move over apple crumble it’s time for peach crumble! 🍑
Peach season means our peaches are at their peak! Bursting with flavour and oh so juicy paired with a crispy crumble top makes for the perfect summer sweet treat!
Ingredients:
2 fresh ripe peaches
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Crumble:
1/4 cup organic oats
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
1 tbsp organic coconut sugar
1 tsp organic cinnamon
Method:
1. preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Remove pits from peaches and roughly cut the flesh
3. Put into a bowl with honey and cinnamon and mix well then place into a baking dish
4. Mix together all crumble ingredients and pour over the top of the peaches
5. Bake for 15-20 mins or until the top is golden brown!
So easy, so scrumptious.
