Creamy Mushroom Spaghetti

A quick and easy nutritious meal for the whole fam to enjoy! 'Pasta Bah' produces small batch fresh Artisan Pasta with their own Pasture Raised Eggs, magnificent local produce and a few select ingredients from Italy. Woodland Valley Farm is a regenerative farm located in the heart of Tweed Valley. 



1. Heat a pot of water for the pasta and prep your veggies.
2. Add the olive oil to a fry pan and sautée the mushrooms and broccoli.
3. As your pasta is cooking, add the mushroom sauce to the veggies to heat up.
4. Add in the cooked pasta, stirring through to coat it and serve with some freshly crackled pepper and grated parmesan on top.
Bon Appétit! Notes: add some spinach or some green peas for more veggies or some chicken thigh for some protein.
