Ingredients
- Organic Beetroot
- Balsamic Glaze
- Lemon Juice
- Sea Salt
- Shallots
- Goat's Cheese or Chill Feta
Directions
1. Boil your organic beetroot, skin and grate it.
2. Add a fancy vinegar glaze ( we like Tweed Real Foods Honey Garlic Glaze)
3. Season with Sea Salt and Lemon Juice to taste
4. Goes well when topped with a soft cheese like Goats Cheese or Chilli Feta on your favourite crackers or bread
5. Garnish with Shallots
