Madura Tea are just located outside Murwillumbah and have been growing and producing quality award winning blends since the 70's. With over 250,000 tea bushes on their plantation they are internationally celebrated tea makers and legends in their own tea room and ours!
Organic Orange & Rosemary Iced Tea
This recipe is mighty nice, it's refreshing flavour and zesty notes make it a crowd pleaser and perfect beverage at the end of a summer's day, or to enjoy with a piece of Organic Orange Cake.
No need to write this recipe down, we will pop a recipe card in your order. But here is a sneak peak just in case you want the ingredients.
Ingredients:

3-4 Madura Tea Organic English Breakfast tea bags

2 tablespoons of honey or sugar

2-3 organic oranges juiced - peel for garnish

½ lemon juiced- other half sliced

4 cups of boiling water

5 sprigs rosemary for garnish

Ice
Directions:
Peel rind of one orange. Brew the English breakfast tea, adding sweetener and set aside. Once cool combine juices, tea and a sprig of rosemary and refrigerate. Combine all ingredients into a pitcher with plenty of ice and slices of lemon. Serve garnished with orange peel and rosemary. Serves six.
