- 2 organic corn cobs
- 4 tbsp organic salted butter
- 1 tbsp organic miso paste
- 2 minced garlic cloves clove
- 1 organic lime
- Organic chives or Organic shallots
To serve - Chopped chives, finely grated cheese of choice & lime for serving
Method
Remove husk from corn cobs. Mix butter, miso paste, 2 garlic cloves minced and mix together.
Heat up bbq or grill, and baste corn in the butter mixture. Add corn to bbq and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly, and using remaining butter to baste.
Remove from bbq, serve with chopped chives or shallots, finely grated cheese of choice (we used Parmesan), squeeze of lime and enjoy.
